复杂地层底板梳状定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术研究

摘要:

为了解决发耳煤矿复杂地层条件下煤层厚度薄、煤质松软、瓦斯含量高、瓦斯压力大, 难以实现瓦斯高效抽采的问题, 以发耳煤矿+980 m 水平运输延伸巷掘进期间的瓦斯治理为例,通过对其所处区域地层的煤层赋存状态和地质条件的分析, 提出了底板梳状定向钻孔抽采瓦斯的技术方案, 形成了复杂地层条件下以主定向钻孔为基础、多分支钻孔梳状扩展的定向钻进技术与工艺, 开展了现场试验, 并对单孔抽采效果进行了考察, 结果表明: 在+980 m 水平运输延伸巷道掘进过程中, 在5-2 煤层底板下5 m 处, 共施工7 个主定向钻孔, 以主钻孔为主干又施工了56 个梳状分支, 钻孔连抽后, 单孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度为26. 64%, 单孔平均瓦斯抽采纯量为0. 33 m3 / min,取得了良好的瓦斯抽采效果。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of thin coal seam thickness, soft coal seam, high gas content and high gas pressure in faer coal mine under the condition of complex stratum floor, through the analysis of coal seam occurrence state and geological conditions, combined with field drilling detection test, the branch hole layout design and construction scheme based on comb directional drilling technology are studied, The location of each branch point of comb directional drilling and the reasonable spacing of branch holes are determined to be 24 ~ 36m, and the directional drilling technology of floor comb directional drilling under complex formation conditions is formed. The field test application was carried out during the excavation of + 980m horizontal belt extension roadway in Fa'er coal mine. A total of 7 boreholes were constructed, with a total of 45 branches. The average gas drainage concentration of a single hole was 26.64%, and the average gas drainage purity of a single hole was 0.33m 3/ Min, the gas drainage effect has been significantly improved. Practice has proved that the application of this technology can effectively control the upper and lower exposed coal (coal seam groups) in the roadway excavation contour under complex geological conditions, and provide a certain theoretical support and technical reference for similar working faces.
