新河煤矿矿用负压自动放水器的技术改造

Technological Reform of Mine Negative Pressure Automatic Drainage Device

摘要:

顶板穿层抽采钻孔受顶板砂岩水的影响,抽采钻孔涌水量大,需要安设大流量的自动放水器。在矿用负压自动放水器工作原理的基础上,提出了简便易行的改造方法,即以矿用负压自动放水器作为控制器,采用增加大容积储水器和大直径进、出水口的方法对自动放水器进行技术改造,实现了自动放水器大容量、大流量的技术改造目的。通过现场应用,取得良好效果。

Abstract:

The roof sandstone water has effect for borehole, drainage borehole water inflow is large, that needs install large flow automatic drainage device. Based on the principles of mine negative pressure automatic drainage device work, puts forward the simple improvement method, namely mine negative pressure automatic drainage device is used as the controller, the large volume of water storage device and a large diameter water inlet or outlet, that carries out technical reform of automatic drainage device, it achieves the objective of large capacity and flow. Through field application, achieved good results.
