协庄煤矿生产系统技术改造方案研究

Research on the Technical Transformation Plan for the Production System of Xiezhuang Coal Mine

摘要:

针对协庄煤矿现有煤炭资源赋存、开拓开采现状、后组煤开采需求, 根据山东省内千米以深煤炭资源限制开采的相关政策, 对矿井千米以浅区域提出“ 混合立井+暗斜井+水平大巷”技术改造方案, 确定了新建井筒井口位置及布置方案, 合理调整了采区划分和开拓布局, 优化了采区巷道及工作面布置, 提出了建下区域充填开采技术, 并对运输、通风、排水、供电等主要生产系统进行优化改造。系统技术改造工程完成后, 可有效解决矿井生产环节多、系统复杂、安全隐患大等难题, 延长矿井服务年限, 实现矿井安全高效生产。

Abstract:

In response to the existing coal resource occurrence, development and mining status, and the demand for later coal mining in Xiezhuang Coal Mine, according to the industry policy of restricting mining beyond one kilometer in Shandong Province, proposed a technical transformation plan of "mixed vertical shaft, underground inclined shaft, and horizontal main roadway" for areas within a kilometer of the mine. Researched and determined the pithead location and equipment plan of the newly built shaft, reasonable adjusted mining areas division and development layout. Optimized the layout of mining roadway and working face, proposed filling and mining technology for the area under construction. Optimized and transformed the main production systems such as transportation, ventilation, drainage, and power supply. After the renovation project is completed, it could effectively solve the problems of mines, multiple production links, complex systems, and high safety hazards, extend the service life of the mine and achieve safe and efficient production in the mine.
