用陕北半焦粉生产气化焦的试验研究

Experimental Study on Making Formed-coke for Gasification by Using semi-coke Powder from Shanbei

摘要: 陕北半焦行业产生的大量的半焦粉主要用作民用燃料,一直没有得到合理利用。基于成型炼焦工艺,对利用陕北半焦粉配黏结性烟煤生产气化型焦进行了试验研究,研究了肥煤、1/3焦煤的配比以及几种黏结剂对型焦质量的影响。试验结果表明,使用淀粉或羧甲基纤维素黏结剂,肥煤配比33%或1/3焦煤配比38%时所得到的型焦强度符合常压固定床气化炉用煤要求,半焦粉配适量肥煤或1/3焦煤成型后干馏可以得到质量较好的气化型焦。

Abstract: A large amount of semi-coke powder produced by the semi-coke industry in Shanbei has been used as a fuel for civil use. Based on the briquetting-coking process and the experiments of making formed-coke for gasification by using semi-coke powder from Shanbei mixed with coking coal, the effects of the proportion of fat coal or 1/3 coking coal to the formed-coke quality are researched. The effects of several binders to the formed-coke are also discussed in this paper. Semi-coke powder with fat coal or 1/3 coking coal can produce formed-coke with high quality for gasification.
