掘进机截齿定位的数学模型及其工装设计

Mathematical model of pick location of roadheader and its fixture designment

摘要: 为便于掘进机截割头的制造及检验,建立了掘进机截齿定位数学模型,并运用“两点法”将对截齿空间角度定位参数检验转化为截齿轴线两点在机床全局坐标系下坐标值的检验。设计了一种截齿角度空间定位机构,介绍了该空间定位机构的结构组成及工作原理以及定位方法,对提高截齿定位装焊精度、减小人为因素造成的定位误差具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: In order to facilitate the manufacture and inspection of cutting head of roadheader, a mathematical model for pick location is established. Then, using the two point method, the inspection of pick’s space angle positioning parameters is transformed into the inspection of coordinates of two points at the pick axis, which also is checked at the machine tool coordinate system. At last, the fixture for pick location is designed, which can decrease the error of pick holder welding.
