摘要： 简述了煤炭经济的发展模式现状，再找出煤炭经济发展模式中税收机制所存在的问题，最后针对性地从多个方面提出了构建煤炭经济发展模式改变的对策，目的在于通过税收机制的改革寻求更为科学合理的煤炭经济发展模式。
关键词: 税收机制, 煤炭经济, 发展模式
Abstract: By summarizing the status of coal economic development mode status of coal economic mode, problems in taxation mechanisms of coal economic development mode are found out , and finally, from many aspects, right resources in forming coal economic development mode changes are targetedly proposed. In doing so, the paper focuses on seeking more scientific and reasonable coal development mode based on changes in taxation mechanism.
