大采高工作面超前支承压力区深孔注浆防片帮技术研究

摘要: 为有效地解决大采高综采工作面片帮问题,通过数值模拟分析了1307工作面超前支承压力分布规律|制定了单轴和三轴卸压实验方案,研究了煤体裂隙开始增生规律,确定了注浆时机。最后,在赵庄矿1307工作面进行应用,并且通过钻孔窥视分析注浆效果,结果表明,注浆效果显著,具有良好的经济和安全效益。

Abstract: In this paper, 1307 large height woking face in Zhaozhuang mine is appointed as the research background. The measures taken at the present stage to control the rib spalling and its shortcomings are summarized. Secondly, by analyzing the conditions of advanced abutment pressure, the uniaxial and triaxial compress experiment plan is made to explore the time of cracks in the coal begin to proliferate to determine the chance of grouting. Thirdly, problems such as the arrangement of grouting drills, grouting material and the longhole grouting sealing technology are analyzed to form a scientific and feasible scheme. At last, grouting effect is evaluated after the completion of the construction. The result shows that grouting has a remarkable effect and is beneficial to economics and safety.
