坚硬顶板特厚煤层综放面区段煤柱合理宽度研究

摘要: 针对坚硬顶板特厚煤层条件下综放面区段煤柱的留设问题,以宽沟煤矿W1123工作面为工程背景,基于理论分析、数值模拟和工程实践等方法,确定了区段煤柱的合理宽度。研究表明:基本顶破断与重复采动对煤柱的稳定性影响较大,当煤柱宽度为5~10m时,煤柱内部应力较高,塑性区出现了联通现象且面积较大|当煤柱宽度达到13~20m时,煤柱内部应力分布状态较为平缓,应力峰值逐渐降低,塑性区占比迅速减小为28%、16%与6.3%。在考虑巷道稳定性以及提高煤炭资源回收率等因素的基础上,最终确定区段煤柱的留设宽度为15m,并且提出了“锚杆+锚索+锚网+钢带”的联合支护方式。研究成果对类似工程条件下区段煤柱的留设具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: This study is to determine the width of section coal pillar for fully mechanized top coal caving face with hard roof and extra-thick coal seam. The W1123 working face in the Kuangou coal mine was selected as a case study. Based on theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and engineering practice, the reasonable width of coal pillar is determined. The research indicate that the stability of segment pillar is mainly affected by the main roof breaking and repeated mining. when the coal pillar width is 5~10m ,the stress of pillar inside is higher, the plastic zone is connected and its area is large. When the coal pillar width reaches 13~20m, the distribution of stress is relatively smooth, the peak value of stress decreases gradually, and the percentage of plastic zone decreases rapidly to 28%、16%and 6.3%. On the basis of considering the stability of roadway and improving the recovery rate of coal resources, the reasonable width of coal pillar is determined to be 15m, meanwhile the combined support systerm of “bolt+cable+anchor net+steel belt” be put forward. The research results can provide a useful reference for the determination of coal pillar with similar engineering conditions.
