新疆天池能源南露天煤矿转向方式优化研究

Research on optimization of steering scheme in Tianchi Energy Nan open-pit mine in Xinjiang

摘要: 为丰富露天矿采区转向方式,探索露天矿采区转向方式在倾斜煤层赋存露天矿中的应用,论文以新疆天池能源南露天煤矿为工程案例,结合南露天煤矿具体煤层赋存条件,综合考虑生产剥采比、综合运距、内排时间、平均工作线长度等因素,设计提出了四种首采一区过渡到首采二区的转向方案,对比分析了各方案的优缺点,进行方案评价,得出最优方案,缩短了采区转向过渡时间,保证了产量接续,提前释放了内排空间,为企业创造了显著的经济效益。

Abstract: The choice of steering mode in open pit mining area is related to the development of transportation system layout, production stripping ratio and comprehensive transportation distance during the turning period and the post-steer mining area, which directly affects the overall economic benefits of the mine. Combined with the specific coal seam occurrence conditions of Xinjiang South Open-pit Mine, comprehensive consideration of the factors affecting the steering mode, through the program comparison, the optimal plan for the transition from the first mining area to the first mining area was determined, shortening the transition time and ensuring the output connection. The inner row space is released in advance.
