电动滚筒内部组件对输送带运动性能的影响分析

Analysis of Influences of Internal Components of Motorised Pulley on the Movement Performance of Conveyor Belts

摘要: 针对使用电动滚筒驱动的带式输送机,探讨电动滚筒及其内部组件对于输送带运动性能的影响问题。利用带式输送机综合试验平台,设计了电动滚筒变速条件下输送带竖向位移观测试验。试验结果表明当电动滚筒转速较低时,虽然筒壳本身的回转不会导致输送带共振,但是滚筒内部的减速轴及齿轮的回转会对输送带的运动产生影响,在特定速度条件下甚至会引发输送带共振,进而降低输运过程的平顺性。

Abstract: For the belt conveyor driven by motorised pulley, the influence of the drum and its internal components on the movement performance of the conveyor belt is discussed. Based on the integrated experimental platform of conveyor belt’s dynamical behaviors, An experiment of observing the transverse displacement of the conveyor belt under different driven speed by drum motor was designed. The results show that when the rotation speed of the drum motor is low, although the rotation of the drum shell does not cause the belt to resonate, inside the drum, the rotation of the middle transmiting shaft with gears will affect the movement of the conveyor belt, and even under certain speed conditions, result in conveyor belt’s resonance, which reduces the smoothness of the transport process.
