红庆河煤矿主立井提升系统创新设计与实践

摘要: 特大型煤矿主井提升系统工程设计配套技术成功应用于红庆河煤矿主井提升系统项目,且在5×6内装式塔式9000kW提升机、交-直-交变频控制系统、容量50t特大型箕斗、15.18m/s的最快提升速度、高速稳罐技术、箕斗更换便捷技术、高承载力的井筒装备、大直径9.5m井筒冻结井壁减薄理论等技术方面进行首创,完成红庆河煤矿主井提升能力1500万t/a巨大目标,成为煤矿建设史上的一次大的跨越,解决了约束特大型立井工程项目建设的核心难题,为提升技术进一步发展奠定坚实基础,为我国类似矿井的设计和建设积累了经验,对特大型煤矿井工开采提供了新思路。
