Application of membrane separation technology in advanced treatment of high salt mine water

摘要: 文章介绍了超滤、纳滤、反渗透和电渗析等膜处理工艺在高盐矿井水深度处理中的应用,分析了不同膜分离技术的特点。总结了膜分离技术在高盐矿井水脱盐、减量化、物料提浓及分盐等方面的应用要点,对比了不同膜组合技术的优缺点。介绍了膜分离技术在几个典型的高盐矿井水深度处理工程中的应用实例与运行成本,指出了膜分离技术在此类工程应用的重要性及发展前景,为后续同类工程的设计提供经验和参考。

Abstract: In this paper, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis and electrodialysis were studied, and the characteristics of different membrane separation techniques were analyzed. The application points of membrane separation technology in water desalination, reduction, material concentration and salt separation of high-salt mine water were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of different membrane combination technologies were compared. The application examples and operating costs of membrane separation technology in several typical high-salt mine water treatment projects were introduced. The importance and development prospects of membrane separation technology in such engineering applications were pointed out, and providing experience and reference for the design of subsequent similar projects.
