矿井供热热源选择及可再生能源利用对比分析

摘要:简要介绍了最新与煤炭行业暖通相关的法律法规,分析了在新的政策与形势下,煤炭行业暖通设计发展方向。针对矿井面临的热源改造及新热源设计问题,分别论述了燃气锅炉供热方案、燃煤锅炉供热方案、蓄热电锅炉供热方案、太阳能供热方案、空压机余热供热方案及矿井乏风余热利用供热等热源方案的选择与设计原理。分析了上述六类热源供热运行成本,对各种方案的优缺点进行了分析说明。结果表明在矿区太阳能与空压机余热不足的情况下,燃煤锅炉相对运行最省成本最低,但建设费用最高,燃气锅炉建设费用最低,但运行成本最高。综合对比分析表明矿区应首选矿井乏风余热利用方案作为矿区热源替代方案。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the latest laws and regulations related to coal industry hvac, under the new policy and the situation is analyzed, the coal industry development direction hvac design. In accordance with the new heat source of heat transformation and faced to the mine design problem, respectively discusses the gas boiler heating plan and thermal storage, coal-fired boiler heating boiler heating solutions, solar heating, air compressor heat heating scheme and waste heat utilization in mine spent heating heat source scheme and design principle. Analyzed the six heat source heating operation cost, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various options. Results show that the solar energy and waste heat of air compressor in mining area is insufficient, the lowest cost of coal-fired boiler running relatively most provinces, but the cost is the highest, gas boiler cost is the lowest, but the highest operating cost. Comprehensive analysis shows that waste heat utilization in mine should be the preferred spent scheme as a heat source alternative mining area.
