Research on the Freezing Construction Design of East Return Air Shaft in Yuanzigou Coal Mine

摘要: 根据园子沟煤矿东翼回风立井工程地质和水文地质条件,结合矿井及周边矿井井筒冻结法施工经验,提出园子沟煤矿东翼回风立井采用冻结法施工,确定了冻结深度、内外层井壁厚度、壁座厚度与高度及井壁配筋等相关施工技术参数,并介绍了冻结法施工中铺设泡沫塑料板与塑料夹层、井壁后与井壁间注浆等相关辅助措施和施工期间注意事项,为井筒安全快速施工提供了有力的技术支撑和科学保障。

Abstract: Based on the fully analysis of regional geological and hydrological conditions of the East return air shaft in Yuanzigou Coal Mine, The related technical parameters of freezing method construction are determined, and the shaft lining structure is designed. The relevant auxiliary measures of freezing method construction are described to ensure the safe and rapid construction of the shaft, and it can provide strong technical support and scientific guarantee for the coalmine which in similar conditions.
