深部高瓦斯煤层大巷揭煤区域防突技术

Technology and Application of Outburst Prevention in Coal Opening Area of Roadway in Deep Gassy Coal Seam

摘要: 针对顾北矿南翼轨道大巷揭煤问题进行了区域性防突技术与应用研究。首先由巷道掘进工作面向前方钻孔,探测工作面前方煤岩体赋存情况|其次通过监测瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量及煤体强度的方法对煤体的突出危险性进行了预测,确定了巷道工作面前方煤体为突出煤体|提出了地面与井下联合洗煤的区域防突技术,对顾北矿南翼轨道大巷进行了消突,并对区域消突效果进行了检验,最终顺利实施了大巷揭煤。研究结果表明,地面和井下联合洗煤区域防突技术,有效地防止了煤与瓦斯突出现象的发生,具有较高的社会效益和推广应用价值。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the practical problems of field engineering, the regional outburst prevention technology and application research are carried out for the deep high gas coal seam roadway uncovering problem. Firstly, boreholes are drilled in front of the roadway to detect the occurrence of coal and rock mass in front of the roadway. Secondly, the outburst danger of coal body is predicted by monitoring gas pressure, gas content and coal strength. The coal body in front of the roadway is determined to be outburst coal body. The regional outburst prevention technology of combined surface-underground coal washing is put forward, which is used for track roadway and return air, respectively. The outburst elimination of roadway was carried out, and the effect of regional outburst elimination was tested. Finally, the roadway coal uncovering was successfully implemented. In this paper, the combined surface and underground coal washing regional outburst prevention technology effectively prevents the occurrence of coal and gas outburst, provides a research basis for similar engineering problems, and has high social benefits and application value.
