摘要: 针对近距离煤层迎采动工作面沿空掘巷巷道在掘进过程中受到上层煤遗留煤柱、上区段工作面超前支承压力、滞后支承压力及采空区侧向支承压力的多重扰动导致的维护难题,采用理论分析和数值计算方法分析巷道各阶段受力特征,制定相应支护方案。通过井下工业性试验与全过程矿压监测,验证支护方案合理性,确定各阶段扰动具体范围及煤柱塑性破坏范围,从而为下一工作面巷道布置提供依据。

Abstract: For the roadway driven along next gob and heading adjacent advancing coal face in close distance coal seams, the excavation process is subject to the multi-perturbation of the coal pillar left by the upper coal seam, the leading support pressure of the upper section working face, the hysteresis support pressure and the lateral support pressure of the goaf. The resulting maintenance problems are analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation methods, and corresponding support schemes are developed. Through the underground industrial test and the whole process of mine pressure monitoring, the rationality of support scheme is verified, the specific range of disturbances at each stage and the plastic damage range of coal pillars are determined. Thereby providing a basis for the next working face roadway layout.
