固体充填采煤矸石下井系统设计研究

摘要: 为了实现固体充填采煤运输系统中矸石从地面到井下的高效运输,设计了三种不同矸石运输方式,并以矸石垂直投放系统和矸石斜井运输系统设计为例,对矸石下井系统结构设计、矸石投放井关键参数计算等方面进行了详细论述,最后从源头减量的角度考量,探讨了井下煤矸分选联合布置设计方法。通过系统性的设计方法,建立了矸石下井系统多设计模式,为相似条件下固体充填采煤矸石下井系统设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to realize the efficient transportation of gangue from ground to underground in solid filling coal mining transportation system, three different ways of gangue transportation are introduced in this paper. Taking the design of vertical gangue throwing system and gangue inclined shaft transportation system as examples, the structure design of gangue transportation system and the calculation of key parameters of gangue throwing well are discussed in detail. Finally, from the point of view of reducing the amount of gangue throwing well at the source. The design method of combined arrangement of coal and gangue separation in underground mine is discussed. Through the systematic design method, the multi-design mode of gangue transportation system is established, which provides a reference for the design of solid filling coal gangue transportation system under similar conditions.
