基于模糊PID的掘进机恒功率控制系统设计

摘要: 掘进机是煤矿开采的关键设备,其高效、平稳的工作有利于提高采煤效率。针对煤层特性复杂多变,悬臂式掘进机截割负载扰动变化剧烈这一问题,提出了一种基于STM32F103ZET6单片机的模糊自适应掘进机恒功率控制系统。该系统采用模糊自适应算法对水平油缸线速度进行调节,并通过SIMULINK进行仿真验证,仿真实验结果表明:该控制系统能根据煤层特性自适应调整悬臂的摆动速度,提高了掘进机的工作效率。

Abstract: Roadheader is the key equipment of coal mining. The efficient and stable work of roadheader contribute to improve the efficiency of coal mining.Aimed at the problems of coal seam characteristics of complicated and changeable, boom-type roadheader cutting coal with drastic load disturbance change. Constant power speed control system for roadheader based on fuzzy self-adaption with MCU is proposed. Fuzzy adaptive algorithm is used to speed adjustion of horizontal oil cylinder line speed and SIMULINK software is designed to verify simulation. The results show that the control system designed can adjust the the swing speed of cantilever according to coal and rock characteristics,the working efficiency of the roadheader is improved.
