南阳坡煤矿8800综放工作面临空小煤柱尺寸研究

Study on small coal pillars size next goaf at fully mechanized sublevel caving face 8800 of Nanyangpo coal mine

摘要: 针对南阳坡煤矿8800综放工作面沿空掘进巷道临空小煤柱合理尺寸进行了深入、系统研究。基于关键层理论,构建临空煤柱顶板关键岩块铰接结构力学模型,数学推导煤柱承载应力,结合Bieniawski提出的煤柱强度线性计算方法,确定沿空掘巷临空小煤柱宽度为7m。采用相似实验模拟沿空掘巷临空7m小煤柱围岩的稳定性,并开展巷道表面位移现场观测试验,结果均较为理想,验证了8800综放工作面沿空掘巷留设7m临空小煤柱的可行性。为类似开采条件沿空掘巷临空小煤柱尺寸确定提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In view of small coal pillar size of roadway driving along next goaf at full mechanized sublevel caving face directly decides the stability of roadway and coal recovery rate. Fully mechanized sublevel caving face 8800 of Nanyangpo coal mine was set as the research background, the combining research method of theoretical analysis, similar experiments and field observation was used to study reasonable size of small coal pillar next goaf in roadway driving along next goaf. Based on key strata theory, a mechanical model of key rock articulated structure in roof of coal pillar was established, and the bearing stress of the coal pillar was derived mathematically. According to the linear calculation method of coal pillar strength proposed by Bieniawski, the width of small coal pillar in roadway driving along next goaf was determined to be 7m. Similar experiment was applied to simulate surrounding rock stability of 7m small coal pillar in roadway driving along next goaf, and field observation test of the roadway surface displacement was carried out. The both results were satisfactory, which verified the feasibility of setting 7m small coal pillar in roadway driving along next goaf of fully mechanized sublevel caving face 8800. It provides important reference and reference for the size determination of small coal pillar in roadway driving along next goaf of similar mining condition.
