摘要: 针对现行监管监察以人工现场执法为主,监管手段落后,取证过程时空不连续,以主观经验评判为主等问题,通过研究基于情景感知驱动的移动执法技术、设备,设计信息同步可信的监察执法平台,为客观公正、依法合规开展监管监察提供技术支撑,从而有效地规范执法人员的自由裁量权,提高执法结果的公正性,实现精准执法。

Abstract: In view of the problems of the current supervision and supervision, such as artificial on-site law enforcement, backward supervision means, time-space discontinuity in the process of evidence collection, and subjective experience evaluation, this paper studies the mobile law enforcement technology and equipment driven by situational awareness, builds a mobile law enforcement system with synchronous and reliable information, and provides technical support for the objective, fair and compliant supervision and supervision Effectively regulate the discretion of law enforcement personnel, improve the fairness of law enforcement results, and achieve accurate law enforcement.
