煤矿主要通风机性能测试数据偏差问题分析

摘要: 在煤矿主要通风机性能测试工作中,实测与出厂数据出现偏差是必然的,为避免产生人为偏差,在简介煤矿主要通风机性能测试方法的基础上,首先,对通风机入口相对静压、相对全压与井巷通风阻力的关系进行了理论分析,明确井巷通风阻力在数值上等于通风机入口相对全压。其次,从系统的角度,对装置静压和通风机静压,装置全压和通风机全压的概念,进行了区分。然后,对衍生出的效率偏差问题,重在分析其产生的原因,并用实例展示其后果的严重程度。最后,归纳了文章的主要结论,并分别从设计单位、制造厂家、第三方检测机构各自的角度出发,提出了一些建议。

Abstract: In view of the concept confusion in the performance test method of coal mine ventilating fan, this paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice. Firstly, the relationship between the relative static pressure、relative total pressure at the entrance of ventilator and the total resistance of mine shaft ventilation is analyzed in theory. And it points out the error prone place when reading the data in the field performance test. Then it analyzes the misunderstanding of static pressure of device and total pressure of device for a long time, and points out the seriousness of the problem through a real field performance test case recently. Finally, it puts forward its own suggestions to relevant units and practitioners.
