矿用负荷中心高压真空开关分断能力研究

Analysis of the Breaking Capacity of HV Vacuum Switch of Mine Load Center

摘要: 鉴于矿用负荷中心使用环境复杂、振动颠簸较大、操作频繁等特殊性,从电网系统、断路器触头、灭弧室、分断机构等方面,对其高压真空开关的短路分断能力进行了详细分析,得出结论:高压真空开关的实际分断能力小于额定分断能力,且随着时间的积累逐渐下降。然后,从井下供配电设计的角度提出,新购设备要注重科学选型,在用设备要通过优化定值、完善试验、强化检修等措施加以补充。为煤矿井下供配电设计,特别是在真空断路器选型与分断能力校验方面,提供了理论指导。

Abstract: Since mine load center has such particularities as complex operating environment, intense vibration and frequent operation, the short-circuit breaking capacity of the HV vacuum switch of such load center was analyzed in detail in this paper from grid system, circuit breaker contacts, arc extinguish chamber and opening mechanism, etc. The following conclusion was acquired: the actual breaking capacity of the HV vacuum switch is less than the rated breaking capacity and will gradually decrease over time. It was proposed from the perspective of underground power supply and distribution design that attention should be paid to the scientific selection of new equipment and that the equipment in use should be supplemented by optimizing the fixed value, improving the test, strengthening the maintenance, among other measures. This proposal provides a theoretical guidance for power supply and distribution design for underground coal mine, especially for the selection of vacuum circuit breakers and the verification of breaking capacity.
