智能化采煤工作面人员感知定位控制系统策略研究

Research on the Strategy of intelligent coal mining face personnel perception and positioning control System

摘要: 为了给智能化采煤工作面巡检人员提供安全保障,提出一套智能化采煤工作面安全闭锁及解锁策略方法,利用高精度人员定位系统实现人员识别,利用人员定位系统、智能化采煤工作面电液控制系统主机、支架控制器实现协同配合及逻辑判断,结合巡检人员实际移动速度进行动态匹配,实现人员定位系统、液压支架电液控制系统、巡检人员的安全协同。根据巡检人员活动情况,将智能化采煤工作面电液控制系统自动动作区域进行了划分,分析了2种会产生动作冲突的情况及其解决策略。同时给出了系统闭锁策略、主动解锁策略、被动解锁策略及其实现方式,给出了人员动态与系统匹配策略。通过在王家岭矿12309工作面进行实地测试,液压支架电液控制系统能够正常进行动作响应,通过对系统解锁响应时间实测表明,支架的实际解锁时间比理论解锁时间要长5~7s左右,与人员定位系统信号强度和支架控制器延时解锁设置有关。研究可为智能化采煤工作面人员安全保障提供技术借鉴。

Abstract: To provide security for the intelligent inspection personnel of fully mechanized working face, this paper puts forward a set of intelligent safety locking and unlocking strategy method of fully mechanized working face, using high precision positioning system implementation personnel identification, personnel positioning system, the host of the electro-hydraulic control system, support controller to realize harmony and logical judgment, in combination with the practical movement speed dynamic matching of inspection personnel, realize the personnel positioning system, intelligent hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system of fully mechanized working face, inspection personnel security coordination. According to the activity of the inspectors, the automatic action area of the electro-hydraulic control system in the fully mechanized mining face is divided, and two situations that may cause action conflicts and their solutions are analyzed. In this paper, the system locking strategy, active unlocking strategy, passive unlocking strategy and their implementation methods are presented, and the personnel dynamic matching strategy is presented. Through field testing in Wangjialing coal mine 12309 face, hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system response can be obtained at normal movement, through the system to unlock the measured response time showed that stent actual unlock time unlock longer than theory about 5 to 7 s, with the personnel positioning system signal intensity and stent controller delay unlock Settings. The research can provide technical reference for the safety guarantee of intelligent fully mechanized mining face.
