矿用多路输出本安电流间接采集方法研究

摘要: 针对矿用多路输出本安电源电流直接采集方法硬件复杂和可靠性低的问题,提出一种本安电流间接采集方法。通过对比分析两种本安电流采集方法的结构框图,得出本安电流间接采集方法具有电路简单、可靠性高的特点。介绍了本安电流间接采集方法的硬件电路和基于分片线性插值的软件计算方法和程序流程图,结果表明本安电流间接采集方法误差较小,能满足煤矿现场使用需求。

Abstract: In view of the complex hardware and low reliability of the direct collection method of mine multi output intrinsic safe power supply current, an indirect collection method of intrinsic safe current is proposed. Through the comparison and analysis of the structure block diagram of two intrinsic safe current acquisition methods, it is concluded that the indirect acquisition method of intrinsic safe current has the characteristics of simple circuit and high reliability. This paper introduces the hardware circuit of indirect collection method of intrinsic safety current, the software calculation method and program flow chart based on piecewise linear interpolation. The results show that the error of indirect collection method of intrinsic safety current is small, which can meet the needs of field use of coal mine.
