Abstract: In order to help the development of Guizhou coal industry, based on the present situation of coal mining, policy and policy, market and other background, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the coal industry in Guizhou Province by using SWT method, and carries on the quantitative calculation combined with AHP analysis, obtains the weight of each factor that affects the development of coal industry in our province, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions through comprehensive analysis and comparison. It provides effective theoretical support for the development of coal industry in the whole province.
