中峪矿井井下矸石分选充填系统设计

摘要: 为了从源头上减少煤矿固体废弃物排放,实现绿色生产,根据中裕煤矿的矿井条件及采掘布置,采用了先进高效的井下矸石分选、井下充填方法,对井下分选和井下充填系统设计进行探讨,实施后可望实现矸石不出井,有效解决井下矸石出井排放问题,实现生态环境与经济效益的和谐统一,为相似条件下煤矿井下分选充填设计应用提供了可靠借鉴。

Abstract: In order to reduce the discharge of coal mine solid waste from the source and achieve green production, Zhongyu Mine Design adopts advanced and efficient underground gangue sorting and underground filling methods according to the coal mine conditions and mining layout. This paper describes the design of underground sorting and underground filling systems After discussion, it is expected that gangue will not come out of the well after implementation, effectively solve the problem of underground gangue discharge from wells, and provide an effective reference for mine design and production.
