基于MOPSO煤泥水浓缩过程加药系统研究与设计

Research and Design of dosing system for coal slurry water concentration process based on MOPSO

摘要: 针对煤泥水浓缩过程中药剂添加不合理造成的药剂浪费增加洗选成本,浓缩效果不理想和不能满足压滤工序的入料要求等问题,设计了一种针对不同工况下煤泥水浓缩的智能加药控制系统,实时识别煤泥水浓缩入料状况,以溢流浊度(浓缩效果)和浓缩机底流浓度(压滤机入料要求)以及药剂消耗为优化目标,设计了基于MOPSO煤泥水浓缩过程加药系统。仿真验证以及在工业现场应用试验表明,该系统的运行可以保证煤泥水浓缩效果,同时降低药剂消耗。

Abstract: In view of the unreasonable addition of chemicals in the slime water concentration process, the waste of chemicals increases the cost of the coal preparation plant, and even leads to unsatisfactory overall concentration effects and inability to meet the feed requirements of the press filter after concentration. Designed an intelligent dosing control system under different working conditions of slime water thickening, real-time identification of slime water thickening feed conditions, based on overflow turbidity (thickening effect) and underflow concentration of thickener (filter press feed requirements) and The chemical consumption is the optimization goal, and the chemical dosing system based on the MOPSO slime water concentration process is designed. Through simulation verification and industrial field application test, good results are obtained.
