定向导孔全角变化率对大直径反井钻具扫孔影响研究

Study on influence of total Angle change rate of fixed guide hole on sweep hole of large diameter reverse drilling tool

摘要: 定向反井钻井施工时,首先使用定向钻机钻进先导孔并实现钻孔轨迹控制,随后使用反井钻机扫孔扩大先导孔。但由于先导孔存在偏斜,导孔轨迹的全角变化率会对大直径钻具的扫孔产生较大影响。通过弯曲应力理论分析,建立先导孔轨迹全角变化率与大直径反井钻具之间的关系|通过先导孔偏斜实测数据分析,建立先导孔轨迹模型|通过定向反井钻井工业性试验,研究导孔全角变化率对大直径反井钻具扫孔的影响程度。结果表明:该方法能够准确预测钻具扫孔时的状态,为保证大直径深井反井法施工过程中的钻具安全顺利扫孔提供理论与技术支撑。

Abstract: Abstract: The current domestic developments in large diameter deep shaft construction formation, the well drilling rig drilling method as a kind of mechanized shaft sinking method, by means of directional drilling technology, can achieve the goal of safety fast high precision construction of large diameter deep well .Firstly, directional drill is used to drill the pilot hole and control the borehole trajectory, well then use the drill hole enlarge pilot hole Due to the deviation of the pilot hole, the total Angle change rate of the pilot hole track will have a great influence on the sweep of the large diameter drilling tool. Through the theoretical analysis of bending stress, the relationship between the total Angle change rate of the pilot hole track and the large diameter reverse drilling tool is established. By analyzing the measured deviation data of the pilot hole, the trajectory model of the pilot hole is established. Through the industrial test of directional reverse well drilling, the influence degree of the total Angle change rate of the guide hole on the sweeping of the large diameter reverse well drilling tool is studied. The results show that the method can accurately predict the state of the drilling tool during the sweeping, which provides theoretical and technical support for ensuring the safe and smooth sweeping of the drilling tool during the construction of the large diameter deep reverse well drilling method.
