柔模墙体沿空留巷合理宽度设计及应用

Design and application of reasonable width of retaining roadway along goaf for flexible form wall

摘要: 针对浅埋煤层沿空留巷窄柔模混凝土巷旁留设宽度确定问题,以五家沟煤矿15301工作面为工程背景,综合采用数值模拟、理论计算及工程实例相结合的方法展开研究。研究结果表明:柔模墙体宽度大于1.5m时,墙体及围岩应力集中情况、巷道围岩变形量趋于稳定,且巷道围岩稳定性较好。综合考虑经济安全效益,选择1.5m墙体宽度作为施工条件,工程应用结果显示,柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术能充分保证巷道围岩稳定,巷旁支护效果显著,整体提高矿井的安全性,具有良好推广前景。

Abstract: In view of the determination of the width of narrow flexible formwork concrete roadway beside gob-side entry retaining in shallow seam, this paper takes the 15301 working face of Wujiagou coal mine of China Coal Science and Technology Group as the engineering background, the method of combining numerical simulation, theoretical calculation and engineering example is adopted to carry out the research. The results show that when the width of flexible formwork wall is more than 1.5 m, the stress concentration of wall and surrounding rock, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock tend to be stable, and the stability of roadway surrounding rock is better. Considering the economic safety benefit, the 1.5 m wall width is selected as the construction condition. The engineering application result shows that the flexible formwork concrete technique can fully ensure the roadway surrounding rock stability, and the roadway side support effect is remarkable, to improve the safety of the mine as a whole, the technology of retaining gob-side entry with flexible formwork support has a good prospect of popularization.
