陕北富油煤低温热解提油基础特性

摘要: 富油煤低温热解产油是煤炭资源清洁高效利用的一种方式。为了研究陕北富油煤低温热解提油基础特性,利用固定床反应器进行富油煤低温热解,研究了张家峁、柠条塔和红柳林的富油煤,在不同粒径、不同热解终温、不同升温速率及不同工业分析等条件下对焦油产率的影响,利用气相色谱模拟蒸馏方法分析焦油品质。结果表明:粒径为0.8~2mm的张家峁富油煤,在热解终温为550℃,升温速率为26℃/min,压力为0.1MPa的条件下,焦油产率达到最大,为13.19%|焦油产率随富油煤的热解终温和升温速率的增大先增加后减小。

Abstract: Low-temperature pyrolysis of tar -rich coal to produce tar is a way of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources. This paper studies the influence of tar-rich coal production area(Zhangjiamao, Ningtiaota, Hongliulin), particle size, final pyrolysis temperature, heating rate, pressure and different industry analysis of tar-rich coal on tar yield. The quality of tar is analyzed by gas chromatography simulated distillation. The results showed that under the conditions of particle size of 0.8-2mm, final pyrolysis temperature of 550℃, pressure of 0.1Mpa, and heating rate of 26℃/min, Zhangjiamao's tar-rich coal has the largest tar yield of 13.19%. The yield of tar increases with the increase of volatile matter, hydrogen content and H/C of tar-rich coal.
