李家壕选煤厂智能加介系统研究

摘要: 针对传统重介质添加过程智能化程度低、操作稳定性差、劳动强度大等弊端,李家壕选煤厂在充分利用现有的技术基础上对加介系统进行改造,针对介质堆的智能抓取与添加环节,设计并应用了介质堆表面识别与取介点智能定位系统,通过比较不同建模算法建立最佳的加介量预测模型与智能控制策略,开发出介质与水混合过程自动控制系统,探索了智能加介全过程。实现了加介量的精准统计,提高了选煤厂的智能化水平。

Abstract: In view of the disadvantages of the heavy medium adding system, such as low intelligence level and large amount of manual labor, the Lijiahao coal preparation plant has made full use of the existing technology to transform the adding medium system and developed the intelligent adding medium system, by installing the necessary instruments for the intelligent dielectric addition, the surface identification of the dielectric heap and the intelligent positioning system for the medium point are designed and applied, and the optimal predictive model and intelligent control strategy are established by comparing different modeling algorithms, an automatic control system for the mixing process of medium and water is developed, and the whole process of intelligent adding medium is explored. The problems of large workload, high labor intensity and low work efficiency of heavy medium addition in coal preparation plant are solved. The daily, monthly and annual statistics of magnetite powder addition are realized precisely, and the intelligent level of coal preparation plant is improved.
