空间煤柱影响下冲击地压防治技术研究

Study on Prevention Technology of Rock Burst under Influence of Spatial Coal Pillar

摘要:

为探究空间煤柱影响下冲击地压防治技术, 以唐山矿Y396、Y394工作面为背景, 采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场应用与检验相结合的研究方法, 系统分析工作面诱发冲击地压的主控因素, 确定空间煤柱影响下冲击地压防控技术, 并在现场实施后进行效果检验。研究结果表明:Y396、Y394工作面采掘期间诱发冲击地压的主控因素为上部5煤层遗留的不规则煤柱及本煤层不规则煤柱; 通过FLAC3D软件, 得出Y394工作面在回采期间的三个异常应力升高区; 确定了主要防控区域, 实施相应的防控技术, 并通过钻屑法检验, 确定区域内冲击地压危险已消除。

Abstract:

In order to explore the prevention and control technology of rock burst under the influence of spatial coal pillar, taking the Y396 and Y394 working faces of Tangshan Mine as the background, the research methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field application and test are combined to systematically analyze the main control factors of rock burst induced by working face, determine the prevention and control technology of rock burst under the influence of spatial coal pillar, and test the effect after field implementation. The results show that the main controlling factors of rock burst induced by Y396 and Y394 working face during mining are the irregular coal pillars left by the upper 5 coal seam and the irregular coal pillars of the coal seam. Through Flac3 D software, three abnormal stress rising areas of Y394 working face during mining are obtained. The main prevention and control areas are determined, and the corresponding prevention and control technologies are implemented. Through the drilling cuttings method, it is determined that the risk of rock burst in the area has been eliminated.
