井下TDS智能矸选系统巷道及硐室群布置设计

Application on roadway and chamber group layout of underground TDS intelligent gangue separation system

摘要:

为了实现矿井矸石不上井、提高主井净提升能力, 设计将TDS智能矸选系统布置在井下, 分析了TDS智能矸选系统的运行规律, 研究其矸选巷道及硐室群布置形式, 并对其平面布置、竖向布置进行详细论述, 给出了TDS智能矸选巷道及硐室群支护方式和支护参数。在此基础上, 结合三河口矿井生产系统实际情况, 对井下TDS 智能矸选系统巷道及硐室群布置进行了设计, 为类似矿井井下TDS 智能矸选系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:

To improve the main well net lifting capacity, TDS intelligent coal separation system has been more and more widely applied to the underground instances. This article discusses the operating rules of the system, analyzes its corridor and cavern group layout form and cross-section, and elaborates on its plane layout and vertical layout. It summarizes two main layout methods that have a significant impact on the height of TDS intelligent coal separation main cavern rooms, based on their different layout methods, and explores the selection of supporting measures for TDS intelligent coal separation main cavern rooms in large cross-section. On this basis, based on the actual production system of the Three Rivers Mining Mine, the underground TDS intelligent coal separation system corridor and cavern group layout design example is presented, providing a reference for similar mine transformation and design projects.
