气固流态化技术在选煤领域的应用

摘要: 我国有2/3以上的煤炭分布在西北、华北等干旱缺水地区,为实现煤炭的高效分选与洁净利用,本文论述了气固流态化技术在选煤领域的研究及应用进展。模块式气固流化床工业分选技术为煤炭的高效分选提供了一条新的途径;外加振动力场及磁场流化床分选技术,可改善普通气固流化床的流化及分选性能,实现细粒煤的有效分选,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: Over two-thirds of the coal in China is in northwestern and northern China where water resources are scarce. To realize the high-efficient and clean utilization of those coals, the study progress and application of gas-solid fluidization technique in coal separation were discussed. Modularized dry coal beneficiation technique using an industrial gas-solid fluidized bed provides a new method to high-efficient separation of coal. The magnetically or vibrated fluidized bed separation technique can improve the performance of fluidization and separation of typical fluidized bed. Fine coal can be effectively separated. The two techniques have wide application prospect.
