摘要： 为提高煤与瓦斯突出矿井掘进工作面的掘进速度，采用巷道交替掘进、巷道两侧施工耳朵钻场、施工千米钻机绕道对下一个工作面进行预抽等方法尽量降低瓦斯因素对掘进施工的制约，从而提高掘进速度。本文详细介绍了寺河矿为提高掘进速度而采取的各种方法，经现场实践应用，效果良好，可为煤与瓦斯突出矿井掘进施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: To improve the method of coal and gas outburst heading face driving speed , using the roadway alternately boring , the ears drilling field roadway on both sides of the construction , the construction of one thousand meters rigs pass next face pre- pumping as much as possible to reduce gas factors on Driving constraints , thereby improving the driving speed . This article details methods the Sihe mine taken to improve the driving speed , the site practical applications show good result .
