超长距顶板定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术

Gas Extraction Technology of Super-long Directional Drilling in the Roof

摘要: 针对沙曲矿高瓦斯近距离煤层群综采工作面瓦斯超限问题,在分析顶板钻孔瓦斯抽采技术原理的基础上,结合最新引进的德国DDR-1200型千米定向钻机,分析了在工作面顶板裂隙带内打定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术的实施方案。根据14301综采工作面开采的实际条件,确定了钻孔层位布置的合理参数,并进行了工业性试验,结果表明:布置在14301工作面上方顶板22m,倾向方向距运输巷15m处的1#钻孔取得最佳瓦斯抽采效果,平均瓦斯抽采浓度达75%,抽采时间在120天以上,实现了煤与瓦斯共采,保证了矿井安全高效生产。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of gas content overrun in fully-mechanized face of high gas seam group in Shaqu Coal Mine. On the basis of principle for roof borehole gas drainage drilling technology, combined with the German DDR-1200 kilometer and directional drilling machine and analysed the embodiment of gas drainage using directional drilling in the roof crack area. According to actual mining conditions of 14301 working face, established the reasonable parameters of drilling layers arrange and carried out the industrial test. The results showed that No.1 drilled hole which was located 22m above the 14301 working face roof and 15m from the haulage roadway in an inclined direction has achieved good gas drainage effect. The average extraction concentration reached 75% and over an extraction time of more than 120days which realized the simultaneous extraction of coal and gas and ensured the safety and high effective product of coal mine
