摘要： 文章主要是针对神华乌海能源有限责任公司通风管理方面存在的问题进行了认真地分析和探讨，并提出了相应的对策和措施，通过实施使乌海能源公司的通风管理水平更上一个新台阶，最终达到人、机、环、管的最佳匹配进而实现矿井的安全生产。

Abstract: Article mainly for shenhua wuhai energy co., LTD. Problems existing in the ventilation management aspect has carried on the earnest analysis and discussion, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the measure, by implementing the wuhai energy capacity of ventilation management level to a new level, eventually to achieve the desired person, machine, ring, pipe matching to realize coal mine safety production.
