筒仓群工程分区段滑模施工技术

Sliding mode construction technology for the construction of silo group

摘要: 为实现筒仓群分区段施工,达到减少施工周期的目的,以新矿公司洗煤厂筒仓群中的3号仓(第二区段)的分区段施工为背景,分析研究了分区段滑模施工的工艺,并通过改进液压滑模系统,将滑模的操作平台改造成悬吊平台,在支撑杆的基础上增加吊杆、滑轨和滑轮等技术措施保证分区段滑膜技术顺利施工。实践结果表明,采用分区段滑模技术可以大幅缩短工期,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: The silo group is a combination of a plurality of silos. The silo is connected with each other, and the time limit for the construction of a section of a section of a conventional method is longer. For the segmental construction, reduce the construction period, through the analysis and research of technology, take section sliding formwork construction technology, to improve the technology of hydraulic sliding formwork system, sliding template operation platform transformed into suspension platform, on the support rod based on increased boom, a slide rail and a pulley technical measures. The practical results show that the method can shorten the time limit of the construction period, and achieve the expected results.
