不均匀地基沉降对钢井架的影响

Influence of differential settlement of foundation subsidence on steel headframe

摘要: 根据各设计单位和井架的使用单位对不均匀沉降对井架影响的反馈情况,在《矿山井架设计规范》修订过程中,规范编制组就地基不均匀沉降对钢井架的影响开展调研总结。通过对不均匀沉降产生的原因分析,研究不均匀沉降对不同井架类型的内力及变形影响,探讨了原《矿山井架设计规范》(GB 50385—2006)相关条文的合理性,并提出了修改意见。

关键词: 不均匀沉降, 钢井架 , 井架高度 , 天轮平台, 斜撑

Abstract: According to the various design Institute and the hositing headframe used Mine on the impact of differential settlement of foundation on headframe feedback,In the course of revision of “Code for design of the mine headframes”, the organizations concernded carried out special studies on the impact of steel headframe. Through analyzing the causes of differential settlement,study of differential settlement influence on internal force and deformation of different headframes type, the rationality of “Code for design of the mine headframes” GB50385-2006 is discussed, and put forward amendments.
