电力液压制动器制动力矩调节研究

Research on Brake Torque Regulation of Electro-hydraulic Brake

摘要: 针对普通的电力液压制动器在制动过程中制动力矩不可实时调节、制动冲击力大的问题,运用流体动力学的理论,分析了电力液压推动器推力产生的机理。分析表明,通过改变叶轮转速,可以调节推动器的推力,进而得到不同的制动力矩,使机械负载实现可控制动。此结论在电力液压制动器制动性能实验台上得到验证。

Abstract: Abstract: Due to the braking torque un-adjustable and the large impact force during the braking process of conventional electro-hydraulic brake, the fluid dynamics theory is applied to analyzing the thrust mechanism caused by electro-hydraulic pusher. It shows that the thrust of the pusher can be adjusted by changing the rotational speed of the impeller, and then the different braking torque can be obtained to realize controllable braking process of the mechanical load. This conclusion is verified on the experimental platform of the electro-hydraulic brake performance.
