长距离复杂工况带式输送机巡检机器人系统

Inspection robot system of belt conveyor under long distance and complex working conditions

摘要:

为解决煤矿带式输送机人工巡检过程中存在的劳动强度大、危险系数高、巡检效率低、巡检效果因人而异等弊端, 提出以巡检机器人代替人工对带式输送机进行巡检, 从而降低巡检人员劳动强度和作业风险。研究带式输送机故障识别与诊断技术, 从而提高巡检机器人巡检效率和效果。研发了一种带式输送机巡检机器人系统, 可以实现对煤矿井下带式输送机及其运行环境的全方位动态巡检和故障识别, 降低事故率。详细介绍了该系统的组成、原理和功能。通过典型实例,总结分析了巡检机器人巡检效果。应用结果表明, 该巡检机器人系统适合长距离、复杂工况下的带式输送机巡检, 对实现煤矿智能化建设有重要意义。

Abstract:

In order to solve the disadvantages of manual inspection of belt conveyor in coal mine, a belt conveyor inspection robot system is developed, which can realize all-round dynamic inspection and fault identification of belt conveyor and its operating environment in coal mine, and reduce the accident rate. The composition, principle and function of the system are introduced in detail. Through typical examples, the inspection effect of inspection robot is summarized and analyzed. The application results show that the inspection robot system is suitable for belt conveyor inspection under long-distance and complex working conditions, and it is of great significance to realize intelligent construction of coal mines.
