矿井水浸没式超滤进水管道振动问题研究

摘要:

针对煤矿矿井水浸没式超滤预处理中, 超滤入口管道振动剧烈的问题, 通过分析研究现有系统及设备运行状况, 对比主要设备的差异, 找出管道振动的根本原因为: 混合式加热器管道振动和浸没式超滤系统的进水问题。进而通过重新调整相关设备和管道, 解决了进水管道的强烈振动, 为混合式加热器的选择、浸没式超滤配水渠的设计、超滤给水泵的选型、阀门的选型及管道的系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:

The immersion ultrafiltration is adopted for the mine water pretreatment system of coal mine in Ningxia province, the ultrafiltration inlet is equipped with a hybrid heater. When the hybrid heater is put in commissioning with incoming steam,the outlet pipe of the heater, viz.the inlet pipe of the submerged ultrafiltration, is in vibration.Especially during the immersion ultrafiltration back-washing, the inlet pipe has extremely vibration. This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the vibration of the mine water submerged ultrafiltration inlet pipeline, to analyze and study the operating conditions of existing systems and equipment,compare differences in major equipment to dig out the fundamental cause of pipe vibration,then re-adjusting the relevant equipment and pipes to solve the vibration of the inlet pipe. Further more, to provide reference for the selection of hybrid heaters, the design of submerged ultrafiltration distribution channels, the selection of ultrafiltration feed pumps, valves and the system design of pipelines.
