摘要: 基于专业和核心技术优势,北京中煤提出了“科技乙方”服务模式。通过提供科技含量更高的产品和服务,有效释放新质生产力的科技效能,该模式成功解决特殊凿井领域中大量“卡脖子”技术难题,并引领我国地下工程特殊施工技术的发展。“科技乙方”以技术力量实现价值创造,主要服务产品包括冻结技术、注浆技术、钻井技术及装备、智能化建井设计及建设、国家重大引调水技术服务。“科技乙方”是“技术+装备+工程”整体解决方案的提供商,在实施过程中对新出现的技术难题即时研究解决能力更突出,已经在山西省中部引黄工程地面定向钻孔预灌浆工程和涌水应急抢险堵水工程中得到了实践检验。

Abstract: Based on the advantages of professional and core technology, Beijing China Coal proposes the service model of "Science and Technology Party B", which solves a large number of "stuck neck" technical problems in special well sinking by providing products and services with higher technology content, unleashing the scientific and technological efficiency of new quality productive forces, and leading the development of special construction technology of underground engineering in China. "Science and Technology Party B" realizes value creation with technical strength, and its main service products include freezing technology, grouting technology, drilling technology and equipment, Intelligent mine design and construction, and National Major Water Diversion Technology Services. "Science and Technology Party B" is a provider of technology + equipment + engineering overall solutions, and its ability to study and solve new technical problems in real time is more prominent in the implementation process, which has been tested in practice in the ground directional drilling pre-grouting project and water inrush emergency rescue and water plugging project of the Yellow River Diversion Project in central Shanxi Province.
