曹家滩煤矿掘锚一体化施工工艺优化研究

摘要:

针对曹家滩煤矿大断面煤巷智能快速掘锚成套装备与掘进工艺不匹配、无法实现完全平行作业等问题,为了提高掘锚一体化平行作业率,以现有技术设备为基础,开展了现场调研、跟班实测、理论分析及数值模拟,在实测掘进工作面工艺流程、人员配置、各工艺时间的基础上进行定量化与理论化研究,对截割、临时支护、永久支护等方面进行了优化。同时结合理论分析和数值模拟研究了锚杆密度、长度对巷道围岩变形的影响规律,在保证安全支护的前提下,提出锚杆减密加长的支护方案,即:在保证原有支护强度的前提下,通过增加锚杆长度和增大锚杆间距来缩短支护时间,提高支护效率,实现掘锚同步的平行作业。

Abstract:

In view of this situation that applying intelligent fast anchor complete equipment for large section of coal roadway in Caojiatan coal mine, facing equipment and tunneling process mismatch, unable to achieve completely parallel operation, based on the existing technical equipment and the field measurement and statistical analysis, the goal of improving the parallel operation rate of anchor excavation integration is realized. Carried out the field research, measured, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, in the detailed measured tunneling face process flow, staffing, the process time for quantitative and theoretical research, for cutting, temporary support, permanent support, maintenance, various optimization and daily management. Combined with theoretical analysis and using numerical simulation studied the anchor density, length on the influence of roadway surrounding rock deformation law, on the premise of ensuring safety, put forward the anchor reduction and extension support scheme, namely on the premise of ensuring the original support strength, by increasing the bolt length and increase the bolt spacing to shorten the support time, improve the support efficiency, realize the parallel digging anchor synchronous operation. The research results provide some reference significance for the application of rapid tunneling construction in other coal mines.
