千米深井切顶卸压自成巷支护技术及应用

Design and application of self-formed roadway support for cutting roof and relieving pressure in one-kilometer deep mine#br#

摘要:

为了解决深部复杂条件下的切顶卸压自成巷难题,以红阳三矿703工作面运输巷道为研究对象,从恒阻大变形锚索超前支护、切顶巷内支护、切顶巷旁支护三个方面研究了切顶卸压沿空成巷支护技术,并对现场试验巷道顶板受力以及巷道围岩变形量进行了监测。结果表明:在超前工作面实施爆破切顶能够极大降低巷道所受应力,成巷区巷道顶板整体下沉量较小,巷中顶板最大下沉量约385mm,平均下沉量约280mm,巷中底鼓最大值545mm,碎石巷帮无明显侧鼓现象,实体煤帮无明显片帮现象,满足安全和使用要求,巷道围岩变形在可控范围内,留巷效果良好。

Abstract:

After the coal seam mining has entered 1000 meters, it is difficult to keep roadway along gob due to the comprehensive factors such as the significant increase of ground stress, softening of surrounding rock, high gas and broken roof. In order to solve the self-formed roadway problem of roof cutting and pressure relief under complex deep conditions, taking the 703 working face of Hongyang No. 3 Mine as the research object, the constant resistance anchor cable support and self-formed roadway of roof cutting were integrated and applied, and the stress of roadway roof and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock were monitored. The results show that: Blasting cut in ahead of working face roof roadway were significantly reduce stress, a lane area of roadway roof subsidence is small, the overall even roof subsidence about 385 mm, maximum subsidence of about 280 mm, the average floor drum up even a maximum of 545 mm, rubble lane no obvious side drum phenomenon, help the entity coal help phenomenon, no significant piece of meet the requirements of safety and use, The deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is controllable and the effect of retaining roadway is good
