矿用音圈电机式电-机械转换器特性分析

Research of the Characteristics for Mine Electro-mechanical Converter Driven by Voice Coil Motor

摘要:

为解决现有本安电磁铁响应频率低,无法满足液压支架快速动作要求的问题,提出采用一种高频响本安型音圈电机作为矿用电磁阀电机械转换装置的解决方案。建立了音圈电机Ansoft Maxwell仿真模型,对音圈电机磁场分布情况、输出力特性以及动态响应展开研究。音圈电机气隙处磁场分布均匀,电磁力随磁势的增大而增大, 受线圈位移的影响较小;空载和带有负载时音圈电机电流均满足本安要求;空载时响应频率约为6.7Hz,相较于现有本安型电磁铁有显著提高;负载对音圈电机释放过程有显著促进作用,有负载时电机响应速度更快。研究结果表明,音圈电机式本安型电-机械转换器是可行的,可为进一步开发和完善高响应矿用本安电-机
械转换器提供技术参考。

Abstract:

The existing intrinsically safe electromagnet has the problem of low response frequency and can not meet the requirements of rapid action of hydraulic support. In this paper, a high-frequency response intrinsically safe voice coil motor is proposed as a solution for electromechanical conversion device of mine electromagnetic valve. The Ansoft Maxwell simulation model of voice coil motor is established, and the magnetic field distribution, output force characteristics and dynamic characteristics of voice coil motor are studied. The distribution of magnetic field at the air gap is uniform, and the electromagnetic force increases with the increase of magnetic potential, which is less affected by coil displacement. The current of voice coil motor meets the requirements of intrinsic safety under no-load and load. The no-load response frequency is about 6.7Hz, which is significantly higher than the existing intrinsically safe electromagnet. The load can significantly promote the release process of voice coil motor and the response speed of the motor is faster when there is a load. The research results show that the intrinsically safe electro-mechanical converter by voice coil motor is feasible, which can provide technical reference for further developing and perfecting the mine intrinsically safe electro-mechanical converter with high response.
