煤矿超高大主井井塔设计

Design of the main shaft tower of Tarangaole Mine

摘要: 目前我国很多大中型矿井、尤其寒冷地区矿井,井筒提升系统多采用井塔提升,井塔 是矿井生产重要的工业建构筑物。通过对塔然高勒矿井主井井塔体系布置、结构整体分析、基础设 计、结合实际设计及建设经验,介绍主井井塔设计要点及设计注意事项,特别是为在人工快速解冻 冻融土地基上建设井塔提供了设计参数和经验,为煤炭矿井主井井塔设计提供参考和帮助。

Abstract: Most of the large and medium-sized mines in China, especially those located in cold regions, are using shaft towers as shaft hoisting systems. The shaft tower, however, is one of the most important industrial structures in the production of coal mine. From the perspectives of the layout, the overall structural analysis and the fundamental design of the main shaft tower system in Tarangaole Mine, with further reference to the practical design and construction experience, this paper introduces some key points and considerations concerned with the main shaft tower design, and is intended to provide design parameters and experience for the construction of the shaft tower on a foundation of freezing-thawing soil by artificial rapid thawing, and give reference and assistance for the design of the main shaft tower in coal mines.
