摘要： 嵩山煤矿在偃龙矿区“三软”煤层中克服压力大、来压快的不利条件，通过研究与实施综采工作面安装与回撤工艺以及调整施工人员的动态组合管理，最终实现了偃龙矿区安装与回撤综采工作面安全、快速、高效的目的。

Abstract: Songshan coal mine in Yanlong mine in "Three Soft" coal seam to overcome the pressure, pressure fast adverse conditions, through the research and implementation of fully mechanized working face installation and withdrawing technology and adjustment of construction personnel dynamic portfolio management, finally achieve the Yanlong mine area installation and withdraw fully mechanized working face safety, quick, efficient goal.
