工作面回采对底板岩巷应力扰动分析研究

Investigation on stress perturbation of workface on rock roadway

摘要: 基于济宁三号煤矿123上05工作面回采对12采泄水巷的影响为工程实践背景,采用FLAC数值模拟与现场应力计监测相互验证的方法,对上层煤开采对底板岩巷的影响进行研究分析。模拟结果表明:123上05工作面回采后对下部岩层有应力扰动作用,在实体煤侧形成增压区,在采空区侧形成卸压区;垂直应力与水平应力在实体煤侧随着与煤层距离增加而降低,在采空区侧随着与煤层距离增加而升高。应力计监测结果表明:123上05工作面侧向支承压力(增压区)在实体煤侧对泄水巷影响范围0~20 m。采空区一侧支承压力对泄水巷影响范围(卸压区)0~20 m。模拟结果与现场应力计监测结果一致,为相似地质条件下底板岩巷维护提供了参考。

Abstract: Based on the effects of 123-upper-05 workface on 123-down-03 roadway, by using the FLAC numerical simulation and the field stress detector as a mutual authentication method, studied the influence of upper coal seam excavation on down rock roadway. Numerical simulation shows that the 123-upper-05 workface excavation has stress perturbation on down rock seam. The stress perturbation formed increasing-stress region and decreasing-stress region. Vertical and horizontal stress diminishing as the accelerating distance from coal seam on the coal side, but increasing on the gob side. The stress detector shows that the increasing-stress region of rock roadway is 0~20 m and the decreasing-stress region is 0~20 m. The results of numerical simulation are in accordance with stress detector, which offer reference for roadway maintenance on similar geological conditions.
