一种新型矿井提升钢丝绳张紧应力检测装置

A New Device Detecting Tension Stress of Wire Rope for Mine Hoist

摘要: 为了确保矿井提升设备的安全使用,从而保障矿井工作人员的生命安全和煤矿开采的正常运行,设计了一种新型矿井提升钢丝绳张紧应力检测装置,充分利用机电液一体化技术,通过检测与计算获得钢丝绳的张紧应力。设计工作主要包括四个部分,首先是对钢丝绳的选择,其次是分析了钢丝绳张紧应力检测的原理,然后设计了钢丝绳张紧应力检测装置,最后分析了液压油路和油压检测传感器及其信号的处理。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of mine hoist used, and protect the safety of the mine staff and the normal operation of coal mining, a new device detecting tension stress of wire rope for mine hoist was designed. The device making full use of the hydraulic integration obtained the tension stress of wire rope through the detection and calculation. The design work mainly included four parts. Firstly, the work was select the wire rope; Secondly, it analyzed the principle of tension stress of wire rope; Thirdly, the device detecting tension stress of wire rope was designed; Finally, the hydraulic oil and a hydraulic sensor with its signal processing was analyzed.
